 1. PAYMENT INFORMATION. 

Payment for the full amount of the conference must be received before your registration is complete.

There are 4 ways to register:

  • Submit this on-line registration form. You will be given the opportunity to pay by credit card after registering.

  • Mail the registration form with payment to the address below.

  • Email your registration form to Karen Duncan.

  • Fax your registration form to hal Systems at 214.691.4730 or 972.850.0809. Faxed registration forms will be processed only if accompanied by credit card information, otherwise they will be held until payment is received at the address below. 

Full payment for conference registration must be received prior to the conference date.  Seating is limited and conference reservations are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

There are 2 ways to submit payment:

  • Visa or Mastercard payment is acceptable. After your register, you will be given the opportunity to pay by credit card..

  • Checks should be payable to hal Systems Corporation and mailed to:

2. HOTEL RESERVATIONS.

Hotel reservations can be made directly with the Hotel Valencia Riverwalk using Group Block Code 1703HALSYS. You can also call 866.842.0100 using the code to get our rate of $184/night. Reservations must be made by August 1, 2017 to get the discounted HUG rate.

The room rate for HUG attendees is $184/night.   The room rate does not include local, state and occupancy taxes.  

3. CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY

Refund requests for registration fees must be received by hal Systems in writing prior to September 16, 2017. A $50 processing fee will be applied to all refunds. No refunds on registrations received after September 23, 2017.
