Payment for the full amount of the conference
must be received before your registration is complete.
There are 4 ways to register:

if accompanied by credit card information, otherwise they will be held
until payment is received at the address below.
Full payment for conference registration must be
received prior to the conference date. Seating is limited and conference
reservations are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

3. CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY
Refund requests for registration fees
must be received by hal Systems in writing prior to September 16, 2017. A $50 processing fee will be applied to all refunds. No refunds on
registrations received after September 23, 2017.
