1. PAYMENT INFORMATION.
Payment for the full amount of the conference must
accompany the registration form. You may fax your registration form to hal
Systems at 214.691.4730 or 972.850.0809. Faxed registration forms will be processed only
if accompanied by credit card information, otherwise they will be held
until payment is received.
Full payment for conference registration must be
received prior to the conference date. Seating is limited and conference
reservations are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
Visa or Mastercard payment is acceptable. Checks should be payable to

2. HOTEL RESERVATIONS.
Hotel
reservations can be made directly with the
Omni Austin Hotel Downtown using their
on-line event reservation service
or by calling
800.THE.OMNI and referring to the group meeting halFILE
users Group/HUG Rate.

Room Reservations link.
The room
rate for HUG attendees is $164/night. Reservations must be made by
September 28, 2011. The room rate does not include local, state and
occupancy taxes.
3. CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY
Refund requests for registration fees
must be received by hal Systems in writing no later than October 1,
2011. A $50 processing fee will be applied to all refunds. No refunds on
registrations received after October 7, 2011.
