The History of HUG The halFILE Users Group was first formed in 2002 by hal Systems Corporation as a service to our customers. As a licensed user of one of the family of halFILE products, you automatically become a member of the group. Each year, based on demand, the HUG conference is held to educate halFILE users on new product features, provide valuable training, promote networking between clients, and have fun!
